With the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) coming into effect on 15th November 2013, Hotel Aifa Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries are committed to comply with PDPA and protect Hotel Aifa guests' personal information.

Hotel Aifa will only collect information that we believe to be relevant and required. The information will not be disclosed to any external organization for purposes other than those needed by Hotel Aifa to serve you better.

The personal information we have previously collected from you includes but is not limited to your name, address, email address, birth date, telephone number, address, identification number and/or credit card details.

The information collected may be used for various purposes including, without limitation, to communicate with you, charge your committed purchase amount, respond to your enquiries, administer your participation in our campaigns and conduct market surveys or trend analysis in accordance with the Act.

If required for any of the foregoing purposes, we may disclose your information to our authorized service providers located within or outside of Malaysia.

We also wish to inform you that your Personal Data may be disclosed to third parties if required to do so by law or in good faith, such as to our subsidiaries, associates, affiliates and/or members within Hotel Aifa Sdn Bhd and group of companies and/or our service providers and such other classes of third parties referred to in our Personal Data Protection Policy, which may be located within or outside Malaysia, for reasons relating to the Purpose.

Any inquiries or complaints with respect to your Personal Data should also be channeled to us in this manner.

Please note that it will be necessary for us to process your Personal Data for the Purpose, without which we will not be able to carry out the Purpose.

You represent and warrant that the consent of third parties (e.g. spouse, children, partner, travel companion, emergency contact person and/or authorized representatives) whose personal data you have provided and disclosed to us have been sufficiently obtained to allow us to process the same in relation to the Purpose. We trust that you will consent and agree to the terms above with respect to the processing of your Personal Data by us. If we do not receive any response from you on the above, we shall assume that you are agreeable to the same.
